“Brought my Ford Escape in to have my compressor removed and replaced. Everyone was extremely professional and upfront about what needed to be done. Even though they were really busy I got a call back that same afternoon. They found another issue with one of the lines and we had to replace it. I had my truck back the next day with an air conditioner that was blowing cold. . Couldn’t have been more happy with the service I received and I highly recommend Them.”
“Let me start with I don't usually write reviews but this is THE BEST AUTO SHOP IN ARIZONA!!! I had a broken mirror on my car and I had went to many places and they all told me it was going over be over $1,000 to fix. I went to Thunderbird Automotive Specialists and they found a mirror for my car online so I ordered the part and then came back in for them to install it for under half the price I was told at other auto shops. The staff here is very professional and so helpful and they work within your budget. I will be recommending EVERYONE I know to take their cars here for any service. Very satisfied and will definitely go to Thunderbird Automotive Specialists for all of my automotive needs!”
“I am beyond happy with their services!! I can't recommend them enough. I feel like "community" is the number one priority for them. While we are all in business to make a living, money should never come before customer service, and they clearly feel the same way. I just dropped my car off this morning and I am so impressed I have already told 4 patients and written this review.
